Competition
For a Cause
Welcome to the Third Annual Tampa Bay Bar Wars! This is designed to be a fun, interactive event for local service industry workers to compete in a series of bar games and bartending skill-based challenges to benefit a local charity or organization.
This year, the proceeds of the 2024 Tampa Bay Bar Wars will go to the Tampa Bay Estuary Program. Their mission is to build partnerships to restore and protect Tampa Bay through implementation of a scientifically sound, community-based management plan. The Tampa Bay Estuary Program is a national leader in applying robust, reproducible science and compelling storytelling to drive community decision and individual behaviors for the benefit of cleaner waters, thriving habitats and abundant wildlife – all of which sustain our economy and way of life in the Tampa Bay region. One major battle our waterways face almost yearly is the red tide. The severity of the last couple of years is a reminder of how greatly it can damage our bay and its ecosystem. The Tampa Bay Estuary Program will dedicate a portion of the proceeds raised to go directly towards red tide clean-up and research to keep the Bay beautiful!
